For property owners

  • Ultimately, our goal is to create a win-win situation between you, the landlord, and us by helping you save time and energy. Compared to a traditional tenant, you won’t have to worry about late payments or evictions. You’ll always be paid even if we are experiencing slow months.

    Also, my business succeeds if your property is well-maintained and treated as if it were mine. Our local team of cleaners and maintenance will keep your property in market-ready shape by making small repairs quickly. So even in the unlikely chance something were to happen, we insure our properties with our own liabiltiy insurance + Airbnb’s $1M insurance.

  • We understand that as a fellow real estate investor, you are looking to maximize your returns. By renting with us you will be under a long-term lease to minimize turnover, vacancy, and other expenses that come with a normal tenant.

    Our guests are usually spending most of their time exploring the area and staying at the property for 2-7 days. Keeping the property mostly unused. It also helps that the property is never 100% occupied throughout the year.

    In between stays we also have an amazing local team of cleaners and maintenance technicians to keep the property in top shape throughout the year.

  • Once we can sign, one of the first things we will do is install smart locks. Keeping the actual key as safe as possible.

  • We completely understand your skepticism. Alongside our highly experienced staff, we want you to know we have a lot of skin in the game. Our success is only possible with your success.

    We also prefer to carry our own short-term rental insurance on top of Airbnb’s AirCover Insurance plan to make sure your investment is covered.

  • You definitely can! Although, managing an Airbnb is a lot of work. Time and energy that you would have to pour into on top of your current responsibilities.

    Our value to you is that we can help you save time and energy to allow your property to be as passive of an income source as it can be.

  • Our listings are placed on Airbnb and Vrbo and are placed in different areas within the US. Currently, we are looking to expand our portfolio so please

  • You can book any of our listings on Airbnb or Vrbo directly. If you still have questions we are available to help and can send us any of your questions through email.

  • We try our best to find properties that allow pets but it may vary based on the specific rules and restrictions in the area. Each of our listings should list and indicate whether pets are allowed.

    For the properties where pets are allowed, we do charge a small fee to account for the extra amount of cleanup.

  • We have a strict no-smoking policy on the premises. Any indication of smoking will result in a minimum of a $1000 fee to cover the cleaning and damage.

  • Our properties are also people’s homes. To respect our neighbors and communities, parties are not allowed!
